Q355GNH weathering steel is a kind of atmospheric corrosion resistant steel, which has better corrosion resistance than FB2 steel plate good property, ordinary carbon steel by adding less alloy elements. Q355GNH weathering steel has been widely used in container, railway vehicle, bridge, building and air preheater which need to be resistant to atmospheric corrosion. Q355GNH weathering steel is characterized by the addition of less Cu, P, Cr, Ni and other alloy elements in the steel, so that a dense amorphous spinel type oxide layer with a thickness of about 50-100μm is formed between the rust layer and the base metal, which can prevent oxygen and water from penetrating into the steel matrix, slow down the development of corrosion to steel materials, and improve the atmospheric corrosion resistance.
The final heat treatment of quenched and tempered alloy steel, FB2 steel plate good property is quenching and high temperature tempering. The hardenability of quenched and tempered alloy steel is high, and oil is generally used. When the hardenability is very high, it can even be air cooled, which can reduce the defects of heat treatment. The final properties of quenched and tempered alloy steel depend on tempering temperature. Generally, it is tempered at 500 ℃ - 650 ℃. The required properties can be obtained by selecting tempering temperature. The hardness of low carbon steel after normalizing is slightly higher than that after annealing, and the toughness is also better, so normalizing can be used as the pretreatment of cutting.② For medium carbon steel, normalizing can be used as the final heat treatment instead of quenching and tempering treatment, or as the preparation treatment before surface quenching by induction heating.③ Normalizing can be used in tool steel, bearing steel, carburizing steel and so on, which can eliminate or inhibit the formation of network carbide, thus obtaining the good microstructure needed for spheroidizing annealing.④ Normalizing can refine the cast structure and improve the machinability of steel castings.
