12CrMoV pressure vessel steel is a kind of pearlite heat-resistant steel, which has high structural stability and thermal strength when used for a long time at high temperature. It has low overheating sensitivity during heat treatment and no tendency of temper brittleness; BP370 steel hardness steel has high plasticity and machinability during cold deformation.
BP370 steel hardness, low alloy high strength steel can meet the requirements of various structures (such as large bridges, pressure vessels, ships, etc.) in engineering. At the same time, it is required to reduce the weight of the structure, improve the reliability and save materials and resources. Low alloy high strength steel is mainly used to manufacture various engineering structures with high strength requirements, such as bridges, ships, vehicles, high pressure vessels, oil and gas pipelines, large steel structures, etc. Because low alloy high strength steel can obtain high strength without complicated treatment process or even heat treatment, the quality of engineering structure is greatly reduced. The hardness and impact toughness of precipitation-strengthened wear plates, BP370 steel hardness are also improved. For example, the hardness of the wear-resistant plate after precipitation strengthening is 230-300 HBW, and the impact toughness is 140-180. More importantly, the improvement of the above indicators does not bring about a significant decrease in plasticity. The performance of the wear-resistant plate after water quenching at 1100℃, first holding at different temperatures in the middle temperature zone, and then water quenching at 970℃. With the increase of the holding temperature in the middle temperature zone and the extension of the holding time, the number of carbides in the steel increases, and the precipitation strengthening effect increases, resulting in an increase in hardness.
