Q355GNH weather-resistant steel, that is, atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel, is a low alloy steel series between ordinary steel and stainless steel. BP300 steel impact energy, Q355GNH alloy steel plate and sheet are mainly used for steel structures such as railways, vehicles, bridges, and towers that are exposed to the atmosphere for a long time. It is used to manufacture containers, railway vehicles, oil derricks, seaport buildings, oil production platforms and containers containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive media in chemical oil equipment.
The wear-resistant layer of BP300 steel impact energy wear-resistant steel plate is mainly composed of chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel are added. The carbide in the microstructure is distributed in the form of fiber, and the direction of the fiber is perpendicular to the surface. The microhardness of carbides can reach hv1700-2000 and HRC58-62 respectively. The alloy BP300 steel impact energy carbide has strong stability at high temperature, high hardness and good oxidation resistance. It can be used normally within 500 ℃.
